Timeline Item Edge Improvements

Issue: When a block is moved to the edge of the timeline, it starts shrinking or trimming unexpectedly, leading to confusion.

Expected Behavior: Blocks should maintain their integrity when moved to the timeline edges unless explicitly trimmed.
