Settings Panel

Right now, a lot of configurations are stored in the constants file. I'd like to move these into a dedicated panel, where eventually everything will be configurable directly from the UI.

Eventually, this panel will include settings like:

• Render quality

• Video Player background

• Theme

• Timeline item settings

• Row limits
