Feature Request

Able to freeze a video clip position time for a specific duration (that will give the option to add elements on the video like arrows, spotlight...)

    Does anybody have an example of how this might work? Do we just want to freeze at a current frame and then be able to drag the length of the video?

      iMovie has it, you hover over video. Right click add Freeze Frame. It splits the video and adds (3s) picture frame of that shot.
